Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy AI agents and scalable production systems for enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Use JavaScript, Python, and Apex to support the full technical lifecycle of customer solutions.
- Partner with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional builder pods to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate rapidly on production solutions.
- Travel 25–50% to work directly with customers in their environments.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder-oriented mindset.
