Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for critical production applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor alerts, events, dashboards, and incident queues to identify service degradation or outages.
- Perform incident triage, impact assessment, prioritization, and coordination to restore services.
- Lead or participate in critical-incident bridge calls and provide technical updates and health status reports.
- Conduct technology health checks, root cause analysis, and resilience improvements.
- Improve observability, monitoring, automation, and proactive risk reduction.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and debug software solutions.
- Prepare required technical and procedural documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Strong skills or experience with OCP, Dynatrace, SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle, .NET, and Elastic.
- Knowledge of API development, computer programming, debugging, distributed systems, Dynatrace administration, object-oriented programming, software development, system design, technical design, and version control.
- Ability to support application delivery, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, technical troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
