Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for the Forward Deployed Engineering team, mentor engineers, unblock complex projects, and maintain high engineering standards while remaining hands-on.
- Own strategic customer deployments from technical discovery through production rollout, including identifying onboarding friction and driving implementation work.
- Architect, build, and debug end-to-end integrations involving APIs, webhooks, identity systems, email infrastructure, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and enterprise security tools.
- Convert recurring customer deployment patterns into reusable product, platform, automation, and internal tooling capabilities.
- Shape product priorities and FDE technical boundaries through collaboration with customers, GTM, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software, with the depth to make architecture decisions and contribute directly to code.
- Experience setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving complex projects while remaining hands-on.
- Direct experience working with complex enterprise customers and translating ambiguous technical needs into scoped production systems.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, identity and authentication systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with security platforms or SIEM/SOAR ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong product judgment, technical communication, and ability to operate effectively across customer calls, system design, debugging, and product planning.
- Experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI-powered workflows is a plus.
