Base Salary
$185k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-own the region’s AIVA revenue number with the regional GM and partner with AEs, AMs, and CSMs on pipeline and revenue targets.
- Configure, build, deploy, and debug AI Agent solutions for strategic or complex customer accounts.
- Coach and upskill the regional FDE team through pairing, technical execution support, and hands-on review.
- Build and evolve global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks.
- Drive regional AIVA go-to-market execution, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and KPIs.
- Run regional enablement and upskilling sessions with the Enablement team.
- Translate customer and field experience into roadmap input for Product and Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Support, and other go-to-market teams to grow agentic adoption.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable role.
- Proven track record of personally building, configuring, and shipping integrations or agent solutions.
- Fluency with APIs and integrations, plus proficiency or technical aptitude in at least one programming language.
- Commercial and business acumen, including understanding of deal structures, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience engaging and influencing VP and C-suite stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility.
- Ability to raise a team’s technical bar through hands-on coaching and review.
- Ability to scope use cases from ambiguity and own complex cross-functional projects through delivery.
- Experience in conversational AI, voice AI, contact center technology, CRM, help desk, system-of-truth integrations, or overlay/specialist go-to-market motions is a plus.
