Base Salary
$157k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on key areas of the Developer Platform contributing to technical implementation.
- Improve the speed, reliability, and developer experience of the monorepo CI/CD pipeline.
- Productionize the Agentic AI platform, focusing on agent observability and context-engineering patterns.
- Consolidate fragmented build systems and deliver standardized blueprints for product onboarding.
- Identify toil, codify patterns, and automate repetitive manual work.
- Participate in design and code reviews to enhance engineering velocity and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in modern cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Go (Golang) or readiness to ramp quickly.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and container-based orchestration.
- Strong AI-forward mindset with experience in AI-driven development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
