Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint solutions from out-of-the-box configurations through custom applications across SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, and O365.
- Maintain large SharePoint lists and libraries, permissions, site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices.
- Design and implement intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for responsive web applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for stakeholder approval.
- Integrate multiple data sources to create customized dashboards for senior management and government clients.
- Develop web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Create secure application systems using IC or DoD security guidelines and support 508 compliance through WCAG practices.
- Lead software testing, documentation, training, and collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers.
- Establish operational plans and develop innovative technical products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
- Communicate with executive leadership and support web governance, policies, procedures, and knowledge management activities.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience; alternatives include an AA/AS with 10 years of experience or a high school diploma with 12 years of experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer, SharePoint migrations, and website design.
- Experience with ITIL, high availability, enterprise infrastructure, and 508 compliance.
- Strong front-end knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, user-centered design processes, and usability testing.
- Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Knowledge of PHP applications including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership and establishing operational plans for technical areas.
- Desired experience includes ServiceNow Agile or SAFe, Python, PHP, Java, Bash, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, SQL, MySQL, and PHP front-end applications.
- A portfolio of UI/UX design work and familiarity with taxonomy, folksonomy, knowledge management, and web governance are desired.
