Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities for AI, automation, and technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and lead initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
Design and deliver AI-enabled tools, agents, copilots, workflow automations, and enterprise AI capabilities.
Work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Operations, and Corporate Functions to build alignment.
Help shape AI strategy, architecture, governance frameworks, security controls, risk practices, and responsible AI standards.
Evaluate opportunities by balancing innovation, feasibility, and business value.
Enable and coach colleagues and teams to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.

Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that produced measurable business outcomes.
Experience translating business challenges into practical AI, automation, or technology solutions through adoption and continuous improvement.
Practical experience with large language models, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence decisions, and build alignment.
Ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk, and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable experience in solution architecture, engineering, product management, technology consulting, business transformation, or a related discipline.
Desirable experience implementing AI in regulated, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments.
Familiarity with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies.
Experience establishing AI frameworks, standards, governance models, or adoption programs.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Experience coaching or enabling teams to adopt new technologies and ways of working.
