Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium complexity initiatives from technical discovery through delivery.
- Improve mobile Wikipedia product experiences for a global audience on iOS.
- Build and enhance systems that are easy to test, observe, and debug.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pragmatic solutions.
- Identify high-impact technical opportunities and shape team priorities.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical design.
- Raise team standards in code review, testing, and documentation.
- Plan work with awareness of downstream and upstream effects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in building iOS applications.
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and familiarity with iOS architectural patterns.
- Experience with iOS performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in a self-driven, lean environment.
