Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of key product features from concept through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Architect and build dynamic, scalable web experiences for real users and editorial teams.
- Design API contracts and data models while developing frontend and backend functionality across the stack.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and introduce reusable tools, components, and practices that improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to translate creative vision into maintainable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Lead significant project phases and improve performance and delivery outcomes for client projects.
Requirements
- Senior-level full stack engineering capability across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and CMS configuration.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js for building typed, performant web applications.
- Ability to design data schemas, API contracts, relational and non-relational data models, and caching strategies.
- Experience architecting complex web applications, stateful frontend systems, headless CMS solutions, or enterprise publishing platforms.
- Ability to deliver accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces and optimize performance, SEO, and frontend bundles.
- Ability to make architectural decisions, solve ambiguous problems, improve team tools and practices, and collaborate with designers and strategists.
