Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from discovery to production deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and desired outcomes.
- Make sound architectural decisions based on business context and technical tradeoffs.
- Build backend services, frontend components, API contracts, and data integrations.
- Leverage modern AI development tools for prototyping and testing.
- Contribute to platform quality through code reviews and documentation.
- Mentor mid-level engineers to enhance team capabilities.
- Navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end feature delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java with sound architectural instincts.
- Fluency with modern AI development tools and ability to maintain quality.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to shape requirements.
- Understanding of the business context for making technical tradeoffs.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical partners.
- A builder's mindset focused on shipping working software.
- Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
