Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end test plans for complex, multi-product implementations.
- Apply and maintain go-live readiness criteria and configuration quality benchmarks.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on configuration and data issues.
- Lead UAT planning and execution for assigned implementations.
- Translate multi-stakeholder requirements into product-driven configurations.
- Document quality and configuration patterns across assigned engagements.
- Share QA knowledge and configuration best practices with peers.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in enterprise software implementation, software QA, or solutions architecture.
- Experience executing QA and validation delivery on complex technology programs.
- Demonstrated ability to apply repeatable QA frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Aptitude for enterprise SaaS configuration methodology and cloud-based platform architecture.
- Ability to present QA findings and technical observations clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.
