Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end test plans for complex, multi-product implementations and identify configuration, dependency, data, and quality gaps.
- Maintain go-live readiness criteria, configuration quality benchmarks, and post-go-live validation standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide documented remediation recommendations for configuration, product behavior, and data issues.
- Lead UAT planning and execution, including defining acceptance criteria and applying risk-based testing approaches.
- Partner with delivery leads and senior Solutions Architects to translate requirements into product-driven configurations and increasingly own solution design.
- Support pre-sales scoping by assessing delivery feasibility and configuration risks.
- Translate QA observations and client feedback into structured product input and flag systemic product gaps or delivery risks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Change Management, Implementation Consultants, and peers on readiness, adoption, and delivery quality.
- Contribute to configuration libraries, solution templates, QA practices, playbooks, and the broader professional services delivery methodology.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, software QA, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Experience executing QA and validation delivery for complex, multi-workstream technology programs with phased go-lives.
- Experience applying repeatable QA frameworks and testing methodologies across engagements.
- Experience with or strong aptitude for state and local government technology programs.
- Experience executing end-to-end test plans across complex, multi-platform systems and evaluating configurations, data environments, and cross-system dependencies.
- Aptitude for enterprise SaaS configuration methodology, workflow design, data migration, and multi-product architecture.
- Working understanding of cloud-based platform architecture.
- Ability to contribute to discovery sessions, design workshops, UAT reviews, and clear technical documentation.
- Ability to present QA findings, solution risks, and technical observations to client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for discovery, testing workshops, go-live support, and stakeholder meetings.
