Base Salary
$144k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for partners, advising on OAuth flows, log pipelines, and configurations.
- Perform architectural assessments and code reviews for partner integrations.
- Solve complex technical challenges for partners via Zendesk, Slack, and consultations.
- Identify friction points in the Integration Developer Platform and collaborate with internal teams.
- Maintain public-facing developer documentation and internal tracking systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Support Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Development.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
- Understanding of monitoring fundamentals and modern standards like OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers of varying skill levels.
- Comfortable working with APIs, Linux environments, and cloud infrastructure.
