Base Salary
$156k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact and consultant for third-party partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Advise partners on OAuth flows, log pipelines, OpenTelemetry, and agent-based versus API-based configurations.
- Perform architectural assessments and deep-dive code reviews for integrations-extras and Marketplace repositories against the Quality Rubric.
- Resolve complex partner technical issues through Zendesk, Slack, and dedicated technical consultations.
- Identify Integration Developer Platform friction points and collaborate with Product and Engineering on developer experience improvements.
- Maintain public-facing developer documentation and internal JIRA tracking systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Support Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python or Go preferred.
- Understanding of monitoring fundamentals including metrics, logs, traces, and OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers with varying skill levels.
- Comfort working with APIs, Linux environments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Experience using AI coding tools and validating, critiquing, and refining AI-generated output is a bonus.
- Motivation to explore AI improvements to software engineering practices and contribute to AI-enabled products is a bonus.
