Responsibilities
- Design and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters across various environments.
- Evolve AWS infrastructure and network architecture for scalable workloads.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows.
- Improve platform reliability by defining SLOs and implementing fixes.
- Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with teams to implement high-impact infrastructure changes.
- Enhance developer experience by reducing toil and enabling faster development.
- Optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proficiency with AWS infrastructure and networking.
- Expertise in implementing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Experience with GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
- Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
