Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the Workforce Reinvention architecture, codebase, deployment pipeline, and AI proofs of concept.
- Build and deploy workflow improvements, automation scripts, intelligent internal tools, and production-grade RAG workflows.
- Create reusable modular automation blocks and maintain a scalable enterprise component library.
- Improve CI/CD processes to reduce manual deployment steps and increase release reliability.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and establish monitoring, logging, and observability standards.
- Support reliable internal automation APIs and workflows with a target uptime of 99.9%.
- Partner with AI Champions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify workflow bottlenecks and enable safe self-service automation.
Requirements
- Proven examples of building scalable systems and delivering measurable business impact.
- Ability to mature experimental AI concepts into reliable, maintainable production systems.
- Ability to work with internal AI Champions and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate within test-driven development, CI/CD, release, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Track record of delivering excellent results as a self-starter.
