Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current Workforce Reinvention architecture and codebase.
- Contribute and deploy workflow improvements or automation scripts within the first month.
- Take ownership of deploying production-grade RAG workflows or internal tools.
- Identify and prioritize workflow bottlenecks in collaboration with AI Champions.
- Lead improvements to the CI/CD pipeline to enhance software delivery.
- Establish a reusable component library for rapid deployment of automation workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building scalable systems and driving measurable impact.
- Strong partnership skills to work with internal teams and AI Champions.
- Ability to implement engineering rigor through TDD and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is preferred.
- Self-starter with a track record of delivering excellent results.
