Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable services for Grafana Cloud products.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop features aligned with customer needs.
- Support the technical direction and vision of the team.
- Represent Grafana Labs in open source forums and events.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance product experience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
- Contribute to other open-source projects beyond your team's scope.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with at least one programming language, preferably Go.
- Experience working with and monitoring Kubernetes in production.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant software.
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Proven track record of delivering projects independently.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent mentoring and leadership abilities.
- Experience in on-call rotation and incident management.
