Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
- Provide ServiceNow configuration, support, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer workflows, ServiceNow API integrations, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and provide technical input to developers as an individual contributor.
- Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Create process flows, design documents, and other system documentation.
- Oversee upgrade cycles and implement new ServiceNow release features for business users.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings based on user feedback.
- Extend ServiceNow capabilities across geographies and departments and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
- Strong technical expertise configuring ServiceNow modules and integrating third-party applications.
- Proficiency with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
- Experience customizing ServiceNow with UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- CAD and implementation certifications are preferred.
