Base Salary
$71k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design feature-level test strategies with strong automation coverage.
- Refactor unstable tests and improve test data management.
- Implement stable API, UI, and integration tests using mocks, stubs, or service virtualization.
- Debug test failures using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Integrate tests into CI pipelines with basic quality gates and reporting.
- Participate in design reviews and advocate for testability and observability.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on quality and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of QA experience.
- Strong manual and regression testing skills.
- Proven ability to implement automation across one or more API, UI, or integration layers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and pipeline debugging.
- Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Cypress or a similar test-automation framework is preferred.
- Strong debugging skills across distributed systems are preferred.
- Familiarity with performance or reliability testing is preferred.
- Proven ability to recommend and implement process improvements is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
