Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation.
- Define test strategies based on client and business needs.
- Create and write structured test plans.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements.
- Apply various testing methodologies collaboratively.
- Mentor and coach project teams towards shared goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to teams and clients.
- Identify obstacles to improve quality and user experience.
- Communicate complex problems clearly across teams.
- Apply knowledge at an organizational scale.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in testing methodologies and implementation.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Some programming experience.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Advocate of SDLC processes.
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
