Responsibilities
- Define and validate enterprise architectures for machine identity, secrets governance, and agentic identity management.
- Create internal and external technical assets including blogs, whitepapers, enablement materials, and deep-dive presentations.
- Support strategic customer opportunities involving secrets modernization, machine identity governance, and AI agent security.
- Build reference architectures and demos for customer adoption, partner integration, and industry best practices.
- Scale global technical solutions through workshops, enablement programs, and reusable architecture frameworks.
- Provide customer insights to product teams and establish industry leadership through briefings, conferences, publications, and media engagements.
Requirements
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience working closely with customers as a technology expert, with strong customer advocacy skills.
- Ability to adapt to emerging technology trends in identity security, machine identity, and agentic identity.
- Builder mindset, self-directed learning, and experience with new technologies.
- Ability to manage challenging customer situations and multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
