Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases.
- Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for business projects.
- Create test plans, testing strategies, estimates, and test deliverables.
- Assign and oversee test case execution as a team lead.
- Provide feedback, support, advice, and mentorship to team members.
- Identify testing issues, project risks, obstacles, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, provide status updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure testing deliverables align with project timelines, budgets, and goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software development testing, automation, and software process improvement.
- Experience leading or coordinating testing activities and supporting team members.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, decision-making, leadership, mentorship, and project coordination skills.
- Experience writing and executing SQL queries is an asset.
- Software development experience with Java, C#, Python, or VBScript is an asset.
