Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture.
- Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics.
- Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers.
- Contribute across design, implementation, optimisation, testing, and deployment.
- Take ownership of features, propose improvements, troubleshoot issues, and unblock cross-team dependencies.
- Collaborate with developers, traders, quantitative teams, and global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
- Experience with Redis Cluster.
- Understanding of test-driven development and automated testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience with distributed systems, streaming, and messaging such as Rx .NET is desirable.
- Knowledge of performance and memory profiling and experience optimising systems for speed and efficiency are desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- End-to-end experience across the full software development lifecycle is desirable.
