Lead Software Engineer
Cadence Design SystemsResponsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software for system-level design and analysis products.
- Build scalable solutions for EDA technologies in collaboration with architects and senior engineers.
- Apply C/C++ development skills and object-oriented design principles.
- Work across Windows and Linux/Unix development environments.
- Collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, peers, and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, such as BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong C/C++ development skills and understanding of object-oriented design.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Strong debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, curiosity to learn, and ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Electronics domain knowledge is a plus.
