Responsibilities
- Engage customers and regional stakeholders to understand business objectives, data maturity, challenges, and transformation priorities.
- Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and opportunity qualification for data modernization, migration, analytics transformation, AI enablement, governance, and managed services.
- Design target-state architectures, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation approaches for Data and AI solutions.
- Develop RFP, RFI, proposal, solution narrative, effort estimation, assumptions, risk, transition, pricing, resource, and service-definition materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, delivery teams, industry leads, technology partners, and global solution architects to create technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.
- Present solutions to customers and articulate the business value of Data and AI-led transformation.
Requirements
- Expertise in data platforms, data engineering, data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, data integration, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and master data management.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, operational intelligence, dashboard strategy, KPI frameworks, and data storytelling.
- Knowledge of machine learning lifecycles, predictive analytics, data science, MLOps, AI governance, responsible AI, generative AI, AI agents, and cognitive services.
- Experience designing DataOps and MLOps capabilities including data pipeline CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, pipeline automation, DevSecOps integration, and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and ecosystems including Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and modern data platforms.
- Ability to lead customer discovery, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, effort estimation, and delivery-roadmap development.
- Ability to create scalable, secure, resilient, cost-effective, and cloud-native architectures.
