Responsibilities
- Define and drive software architecture, principles, frameworks, and standards across the product portfolio.
- Deliver critical architectural initiatives hands-on with emphasis on scalability, reliability, extensibility, and maintainability.
- Lead design reviews and provide architectural leadership across product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technology strategy and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to development and test engineering teams.
- Research and execute proofs of concept involving AI technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in on-call support, troubleshoot critical production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve platform reliability and availability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant software architecture and engineering experience.
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
- Expertise with big data and streaming technologies such as Elastic, Kafka, and Spark.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mastery of enterprise-scale SaaS architectures and microservices.
- Experience with data storage methods and building data platforms.
- Track record designing and delivering high-volume SaaS applications and enterprise-scale endpoint agents.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational awareness, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to hands-on technical execution and ability to operate in a rapid production-support environment.
