Base Salary

$158k - $219k/yr

Responsibilities

Independently manage complete red team exercises.
Partner with Engineering, Product, IT, and other business functions to drive security improvement.
Research emerging attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and techniques.
Utilize offensive skills to identify weaknesses and build defenses.
Develop custom payloads and exploits.
Emulate adversaries by attacking web applications and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with detection engineers to build high fidelity alerting.
Participate in purple-team exercises to mature the security program.

4+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or application security.
Experience in conducting cloud-based attacks.
Ability to develop custom tools and payloads that bypass defenses.
Experience with unsupervised red team engagements.
Ability to explain vulnerabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, CRTO, or GRTP are a plus.
