Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on development using Temenos T24 and TAFJ R25 or higher in multi-company, multi-application-server environments.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable T24 solutions.
- Design, develop, unit test, and implement custom T24 developments using COB and Services Framework.
- Use Design Studio, GitLab, SQL Developer, the Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, and AWA job schedulers.
- Develop and support integrations using the Temenos Integration Framework, Interaction Framework (IRIS), Outbox Event Streaming, MQ, and JBOSS.
- Support SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and straight-through processing workflows.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, design discussions, and code reviews.
- Investigate and resolve production issues and use Dynatrace, Splunk, and Tivoli for diagnosis and resolution.
- Support T24 upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and data archiving.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, testing teams, and project managers on end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Temenos T24 R25+ and TAFJ R25+.
- Hands-on experience with multi-company and multi-application-server setups.
- Solid knowledge of T24 COB and Services Framework.
- Experience with Design Studio, GitLab or similar repositories, AWA, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with Integration Framework, IRIS, Outbox Events, MQ, and JBOSS.
- Understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL tuning, indexes, and Linux scripting.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
- Functional knowledge of Core T24 retail banking modules, including Customer, Accounts, Retail Banking, and TPH modules.
- Awareness of end-to-end banking and payment processing flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to handle production issues and tight timelines while focusing on code quality, stability, and performance.
- TCCP certification in T24 is preferred.
- Experience with EMEIA or global banking clients and large-scale core banking transformation programs is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-based T24 development environments is preferred.
