Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of recommender systems for meditation and mindfulness content.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of AI systems for personalized user experiences.
- Collaborate with software engineers, ML engineers, and product leads to build high-quality features.
- Drive impactful ML technology initiatives to enhance mental healthcare delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical career growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience with proficiency in Python.
- 5+ years of experience with technologies such as vector search, embedding models, and recommender systems.
- 3+ years of experience with modern NLP tools and machine learning libraries.
- Experience with testing, version control, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence across internal organizations and contribute to DEIB initiatives.
