Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and scale reusable object-oriented automation frameworks for UI and server-side components using Selenium-based patterns and frameworks.
- Write production-grade automation code, custom libraries, utility functions, and dynamic test scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners during sprint planning and grooming to define automation requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability hooks.
- Implement Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development practices and translate Gherkin feature files into executable step definitions.
- Develop automated validation suites for RESTful APIs, microservices, and database layers using SQL and NoSQL queries.
- Evaluate and integrate AI and machine learning utilities for self-healing scripts, programmatic script generation, visual regression, and test-coverage optimization.
- Analyze execution failures, debug script and environment issues, and partner with developers to resolve defects.
- Configure and optimize parallelized CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and zero-downtime delivery.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced hands-on programming proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Selenium WebDriver, and associated automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Tekton.
- Experience running automated regression testing in Docker and Kubernetes environments using pipeline-as-code configurations.
- Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical hands-on software development experience.

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00 per year.
