Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing processes and product rollouts into production.
- Design and implement test scripts, plans, and application testing strategies with project managers, UAT professionals, and users.
- Build and maintain functional test automation frameworks from scratch for complex multi-tier applications.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, process monitoring, product evaluation, audit, and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
- Conduct preliminary root-cause analyses, assign and track corrective actions, and verify traceability in project work products.
- Gather, maintain, and report quality metrics.
- Ensure project standards and procedures are documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle.
- Assess risk, support regulatory and policy compliance, and escalate control issues as appropriate.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in functional testing of complex multi-tier applications and demonstrated expertise automating them.
- Strong experience with end-to-end system testing and successful test automation for large platforms.
- Proficiency building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch using Java and TypeScript.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Core Java and SQL, including interaction with multiple databases and complex software systems.
- Familiarity with AI testing methodologies and tools such as Copilot and Claude.
- Performance testing experience is desirable.
- Python experience is desirable.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Experience with DBMS, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Primary location salary range: $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
