Responsibilities
- Deliver ServiceNow software solutions across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Develop, configure, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow solutions and third-party packages.
- Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and platform capabilities.
- Perform bug fixes and implement enhancements within Agile sprints.
- Participate in platform upgrades and new feature rollouts.
- Provide technical expertise for assigned ServiceNow modules and support continuous platform improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, service operations management, architecture, and other team members.
- Maintain alignment with software development lifecycle best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, AJAX, .NET, Java, web services, GlideRecord, client- and server-side scripting, API integrations, and ACL debugging.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, commercial off-the-shelf software, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and iterative development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, scripting, and integration.
- Development experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global, virtual environment.
