Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design effective manual and automated test cases.
- Create automated testing scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium.
- Define testing requirements with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing.
- Maintain test case documentation, reports, and test artifacts.
- Use JIRA and ServiceNow for defect tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of ServiceNow testing experience.
- In-depth ServiceNow ITSM knowledge and experience with ITOM, Discovery, CMP, Service Mapping, GRC, and IRM.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, manual and automated testing methodologies, and REST API testing and validation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and familiarity with Selenium and other testing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionality, with effective problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
