Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of mission-critical services supporting Amazon’s global fulfillment network.
- Automate processes and drive service and operational improvements.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical systems and maintain highly available services.
- Collaborate with business, program/project management, and software engineering teams on fulfillment strategy and operational excellence.
- Drive smaller-scope development projects and build custom tools.
- Support and improve systems involving hardware and software RAID.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical support experience.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Strong customer focus, communication, project management, and results-oriented skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
