Base Salary
$169k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-volume, repeatable marketing workflows where AI agents can create meaningful economic value.
- Define what to build, success metrics, baselines, and priorities in partnership with marketing, legal, data, and platform teams.
- Build production AI agents across the marketing lifecycle, including insights, experimentation, briefs, copy, creative, legal review, launches, and analysis.
- Write agent evaluations and build the test harness used to determine whether outputs are ready to ship.
- Integrate agents with data warehouses, marketing platforms, creative tooling, and review systems using hands-on implementation.
- Monitor shipped solutions for cost, latency, failure rate, and quality drift, and improve them through learning loops.
- Determine appropriate human-in-the-loop checkpoints and connect workflows across Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
- Facilitate AI adoption and communicate clearly with marketers, functional specialists, and senior leaders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, leadership, and ability to facilitate AI adoption across an organization.
- Strong product management fundamentals, including customer empathy, judgment, structured problem solving, prioritization, and identifying high-value problems.
- Experience shipping internal and external products to large numbers of customers.
- Ability to decompose end-to-end business processes into reliable agent-executed steps and determine where human involvement is required.
- Hands-on experience writing production agent logic and explaining an end-to-end workflow, including failures and fixes.
- Experience writing evaluations and building test harnesses for AI systems to determine what ships.
- Ability to design prompts, workflows, and autonomous coding processes for complex multi-step AI tasks with strong quality, security, and reliability.
- Working fluency with Python, JavaScript, and SQL for deterministic portions of agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with systems architecture, APIs, MCPs, webhooks, and AI orchestration frameworks such as Claude plugins and LangChain.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related technical field is preferred.
