[EPC] Senior Embedded Automotive Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain project test strategies aligned with requirements and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate System Test, Software Qualification Test, SIL, HIL, and Continuous Testing activities.
- Develop test cases, test specifications, test data, and automated testing solutions for embedded software systems.
- Integrate and improve continuous testing and CI/CD-based test execution and optimize test environments.
- Ensure requirement-to-test traceability, coverage, quality reporting, and defect prevention throughout the development lifecycle.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, support issue resolution, and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, support onboarding, and act as a testing focal point.
- Collaborate with global teams, project managers, architects, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Support audits, assessments, ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Quality Gate Review activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software testing or system testing.
- Experience with CI, Continuous Testing, or DevOps.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and VT System tools.
- Solid experience with automotive embedded systems.
- Experience coordinating project-level testing or serving in technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience developing test automation.
- Python programming experience for automation framework development is preferred.
- Automotive communication stack and gateway validation experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, ASPICE processes, and ISO 26262 Functional Safety is preferred.
- Experience establishing testing concepts for SIL Continuous Testing environments is preferred.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification is preferred.
