Responsibilities
- Apply Mapbox products and technologies to solve customer challenges.
- Deliver high-quality technical presentations to senior decision makers and engineers.
- Respond to technical customer inquiries with documentation and feasibility assessments.
- Define and build technical content to demonstrate implementation of new technologies.
- Provide feedback and advocate for important features to product and engineering teams.
- Capture and share best practices within the Mapbox solutions architect community.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or product management.
- Experience in pre-sales partnering with Business Development managers or sales reps.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex customer problems in the Automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
