Responsibilities
- Participate in common onboarding, technical, business-skills, and project workshop training.
- Develop specialization in an assigned engineering area such as software, infrastructure, CRM, ERP, data platforms, AI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or security.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Japan and globally to propose, design, build, operate, and maintain client IT systems.
- Apply Microsoft technologies, including Azure, to solve client and business challenges.
Requirements
- Expected to graduate from a university, graduate school, or higher technical college between April 2026 and March 2027 and be able to join in April 2027.
- Must not have prior full-time work experience, excluding part-time work.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills equivalent to or above JLPT N1 are required.
- Strong IT skills are desired, with at least self-study or coursework in programming; programming language is not specified.
- IT-company internship experience, English communication skills, and overseas university study experience are preferred.
