Responsibilities
- Participate in common onboarding training covering professional fundamentals, basic technology, business skills, teamwork, and practical problem-solving.
- Join a specialized engineering organization after assignment and develop expertise in the selected technology area.
- Contribute to proposing, designing, building, operating, and maintaining IT systems for customers.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver technology solutions across different industries and customer projects.
Requirements
- Expected to graduate from a university, graduate school, or technical college between April 2027 and March 2028 and be available to join in April 2028.
- Must not have prior full-time work experience, excluding part-time work such as anアルバイト.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher are required.
- Strong IT skills are preferred, with at least self-study or coursework in programming; programming language is not specified.
- Internship experience at an IT company, English communication skills, and overseas university study experience are preferred.
