Responsibilities
- Participate in engineering work spanning software, infrastructure, CRM, ERP, data platforms, AI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or security.
- Help propose, design, build, operate, and maintain customer IT systems using Microsoft technologies and Azure.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Japan and worldwide on customer solutions and technology projects.
- Complete common onboarding, technical, business, and project-workshop training before specialized organizational training.
Requirements
- Be scheduled to graduate from a university, graduate school, or technical college between April 2027 and March 2028 and be available to join in April 2028, regardless of major.
- Have no prior full-time employment experience, excluding part-time work such as casual jobs.
- Have fluent Japanese communication skills equivalent to or above JLPT N1.
- Have strong IT skills; programming experience is preferred, with at least self-study or coursework in programming regardless of language.
- IT-company internship experience, English communication skills, and overseas university study experience are preferred.
