Responsibilities
- Contribute to technology solutions for clients across multiple industries.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain IT systems and services.
- Develop expertise in an assigned engineering area such as software, infrastructure, CRM, ERP, data platforms, AI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or security.
- Participate in common training, project workshops, and specialized technical development after assignment.
- Collaborate with Accenture, Microsoft, and global colleagues on client proposals and technology projects.
Requirements
- Expected to graduate from a university, graduate school, or college of technology between April 2026 and March 2027 and be available to join in April 2027.
- Must not have prior full-time employment experience, excluding part-time work.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher are required.
- Strong IT skills are required; programming experience is preferred, with any programming language acceptable, including self-study or coursework experience.
- Experience interning at an IT company, English communication skills, and overseas study experience are preferred.
