Responsibilities
- Participate in common onboarding, foundational technology, business skills, and project workshop training.
- Design and build IT systems and provide technology solutions for clients using Microsoft-centered technologies.
- Develop expertise in an assigned engineering organization such as software, infrastructure, CRM, ERP, data platform, AI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or security engineering.
- Collaborate with colleagues globally across projects and technology departments.
Requirements
- Be scheduled to graduate from a university, graduate school, or college of technology between October 2026 and September 2027 and be available to join in October 2027.
- Have no prior full-time employment experience, excluding part-time work such as student employment.
- Be fluent in Japanese communication at an N1-equivalent level or higher.
- Have strong IT skills; programming experience is preferred, with at least self-study or coursework in programming regardless of language.
- Preferred qualifications include IT company internship experience, English communication skills, and overseas university study experience.
