Responsibilities
- Participate in Avanade’s engineering program across software, infrastructure, CRM, ERP, data platform, AI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or security engineering.
- Design and build IT systems and provide technology solutions for customers across industries.
- Complete foundational training and project workshops covering technical, business, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop deeper expertise through specialized training after assignment to an engineering organization.
- Collaborate with colleagues globally on customer and cross-border projects.
Requirements
- Expected graduation from a university, graduate school, or technical college between April 2026 and March 2027, with availability to start in April 2027.
- No prior full-time employment experience, excluding part-time work such as student jobs.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher.
- Strong IT skills are desired, with at least self-study or coursework in programming; programming language is unrestricted.
- Preferred qualifications include an internship at an IT company, English communication skills, and overseas university study experience.
