Responsibilities
- Support user-focus by gathering software reliability and availability requirements.
- Collect requirements from users and Esri staff in Support and Professional Services.
- Collaborate and influence decisions across teams regarding reliability features.
- Create and automate test plans, evaluate results, and ensure defects are addressed.
- Communicate effectively with users through documentation and presentations.
Requirements
- 2-6 years in a position with operational responsibilities for enterprise software.
- Experience in software testing.
- Fundamental understanding of web services, such as REST.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a complex backend-server stack.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, GIS, geography, or related field.
- Existing work authorization for India.
