Responsibilities
- Gather software reliability and availability requirements from users and internal Support and Professional Services staff.
- Collaborate across teams and influence decisions on cross-functional reliability features and requirements.
- Create test plans, automate tests, evaluate results, and ensure defects are acted upon.
- Communicate with users through written documentation and presentations.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in operational responsibilities such as monitoring, maintaining, and deploying enterprise software.
- Experience in software testing and a fundamental understanding of web services such as REST.
- Problem-solving experience in a complex backend-server stack and effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science and applications, math, GIS, geography, or a related field.
- Existing work authorization for India.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, ArcGIS Enterprise administration experience, and experience working directly on a software development team are recommended.
