Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems that process millions of AI agent traces daily.
- Build self-service tooling for AI application teams to onboard to observability and evaluation infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon Security Review and Kale privacy attestation requirements, including PD2 and OD3.
- Automate defect identification and uphold customer experience, reliability, security, and quality standards.
- Design and build software for server systems, frontend clients, and mobile clients.
- Solve complex engineering problems, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize projects and meet shared objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
