Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software solutions across requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Write high-quality maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and coach teammates on engineering best practices.
  • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes that improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to understand business context and deliver effective outcomes.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and generative AI capabilities to improve productivity, code quality, and team workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience and experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Benefits

  • Base salary range is $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
