Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy software components for embedded operating systems used in mobile and IoT devices.
- Implement software security mechanisms and next-generation IoT connectivity protocols.
- Participate in developing next-generation operating systems for future devices.
- Program microcontrollers using low-level protocols such as SPI, UART, and I2C.
- Develop device drivers and test and debug embedded devices with dedicated emulators or simulators.
- Collaborate with local and international teams in an agile development environment.
- Contribute to continuous product and development methodology improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical software development experience as a developer or validator.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Embedded C for development and VB.NET for validation.
- Knowledge of Java programming.
- Knowledge of embedded technologies and ecosystems, including microcontroller programming, low-level protocols, and device-driver programming.
- Experience testing and debugging embedded devices using dedicated emulators or simulators.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.
- Knowledge of smartcard technology, embedded software security, or JavaCard is a plus.
