Responsibilities
- Develop, consume, and expose REST APIs, custom services, OData services, and data entities.
- Build, configure, integrate, test, deploy, and support technical capabilities connecting METRO systems with RELEX.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, application owners, internal teams, and external service providers to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, release management, rollout, go-live, hypercare, and run-mode support.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate system changes to business users and stakeholders.
- Support environment management, deployments, One Version updates, release validation, platform maintenance, user access management, security roles, and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement Azure Logic Apps and other Azure-based integration services.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of mandatory experience.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, custom APIs, and web services.
- Programming experience with Java, SQL, and PL/SQL, plus Spring Boot and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Harbor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, WaaS 3, SOPS, SonarQube, and DataDog.
- Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, JUnit, Mockito, and JMeter.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including excellent written and verbal English.
- Preferred experience with Lifecycle Services administration, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, One Version updates, and release management.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to adopt new technologies.
