Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering standards and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and adjacent teams.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of eight years of experience.
- Preferred proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Understanding of product features, user impacts, team domains, business strategy, and technical strategy.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
