Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-based solutions for supply-chain and logistics customer projects.
- Build AI agents, assistants, automation solutions, prototypes, reusable AI frameworks, and scalable AI workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions into Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform environments.
- Support presales activities, customer workshops, and AI-supported proposal processes.
- Promote AI adoption, contribute to internal AI enablement initiatives, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Support the strategic evaluation and selection of new technologies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in AI engineering, software development, automation, or data-driven consulting.
- Good Python skills and practical experience with modern AI/ML technologies and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Understanding of LLMOps, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and scalable AI workflows such as n8n or Make.com.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience in supply-chain management or consulting projects is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a strong consulting mindset.
- Very good German and English skills and enthusiasm for international teamwork.
