Responsibilities
- Develop and configure the CRM system through programming, workflows, add-ons, and approval processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Run small to mid-sized projects and support complex systems implementations with regional teams.
- Meet with business and information systems teams to discuss and prioritize change requests and projects.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to automate or improve systems.
- Support IT-related problems and projects, deliver end-user training, and provide reporting and analytics support.
Requirements
- Degree in an appropriate IT discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business administration.
- 3–5 years of CRM Developer experience developing detailed business and functional requirements for CRM-related projects.
- Fluency in Salesforce Administration and experience with customer-related IT systems such as ERP, data warehouse, CRM, marketing automation, and customer feedback systems.
- Successful project management experience as a project leader for complex systems implementations with regional teams.
- Salesforce Associate Certification is preferred.
