Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design and implement complex software components aligned with business goals.
- Develop, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes, team productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience integrating custom solutions across diverse systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and business-value delivery skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
