Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of backend feature modules for the wealth management business using Golang.
- Design technical solutions, participate in architecture discussions, and handle complex engineering tasks.
- Design MySQL schemas, write SQL, and optimize database performance.
- Develop Redis caching strategies and use Kafka or related middleware for asynchronous message processing.
- Participate in monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, and engineering quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, C++, Java, or Rust, with solid computer science fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MySQL optimization, Redis cache design, Kafka or RocketMQ, gRPC or Thrift, Linux operations, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of distributed systems, RPC frameworks, microservice governance, Git, and CI/CD workflows is required or preferred.
- Experience in finance or wealth management, distributed systems, blockchain development, AI-assisted tools, open-source projects, or community contributions is a plus.
