Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in MongoDB database functionality and Atlas features.
- Create and deliver workshops, webinars, and design reviews for diverse audiences.
- Communicate insights from developer engagement to inform team members.
- Produce technical content to educate developers across various formats.
- Conduct virtual and in-person developer enablement sessions for large audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing and developer-centric roles.
- Minimum of 3 years consulting with development teams as a non-member.
- Proficiency in at least one popular programming language (Java, Python, Javascript).
- Strong presentation skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and adjust working hours for time zone overlap.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/document databases is a plus.
