Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end.
- Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives.

- Maintain operational hygiene by updating project tools regularly.
- Mentor peers and share best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar technical roles.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level projects.
- Hands-on experience with modern web development languages.
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape and technologies.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful approach.
